这样的房子也是有其不足之处的，例如狭窄拥挤，家居摆设总不能整齐大方，锅碗瓢盆总是挤在一起，屋子里更放不下大物件，倘或遇到下雨天，就更为糟糕，闷热潮湿的气氛先不说，地面上泥水践踏一片，并且更让我不舒服的是，在我吃饭或喝水的时候，头顶上猛然掉下一块东西，落在碗里，定睛一看，原来是泥土，但也已经污染了东西，于是这种时候我会生气，甚至想立刻搬进新房子里，但次数多了，也就习惯了。类似这样种种的小问题，并不能消减我对老房子的特殊感情，在那片绿荫下，曾留下我们一家人围坐在树下乘凉说笑的回忆；在那丛豆架前，曾留下母亲辛勤劳作的热忱希望。
我无论如何也不能忘记这些，叫我怎能忘记，这陪伴了我二十年、这么善良可爱的老房子。
