Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of China. It used to be as important as Spring Festival .It is usually celebrated in September or October. This festival is to celebrate the harvest and to enjoy the beautiful moon light. To some extent, it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries. On this day, people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal. After that, people always eat delicious moon cakes, and watch the moon. The moon is always very round on that day, and makes people think of their relatives and friends. It is a day of pleasure and happiness. Hope you have a wonderful Mid Autumn festival!
I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China. Everybody likes it because it's a family get-together. You see it is called "Mid-Autumn Day"，so it often comes in September or October. It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month. Now， let's say something about this interesting festival.
Firstly， I'd like to say something about the moon. I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future. That day the moon is round， big， just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth. When I see the moon， I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows. I will also think about Armstrong's first moonwalk. I will also miss the friends in Tai-wan island， in Macao and Chinese people who are abroad. I know they are missing us very much， too.
Secondly， I'11 say something about the tradition on Mid-Autumn Day. Look! There's a big tree in a garden of a Chinese family. All the family members are sitting around a big table under the tree in the open air. They are eating the mooncakes and admiring the full moon in the sky. That is a family reunion dinner. The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family. I think this is one of the most valuable things in the world.
Thirdly，it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn Day. My wishes are： the first， I， an astronaut in the future， would like to go to the moon one day， and stay with the sky and stars; the second， I hope every person in the world will stay with family， share love from the family forever; the third， I hope everybody's dream will come true. That is the Mid-Autumn Day in my mind. I will always re-member： East or West， home is best.
Time flies like an arrow, and soon it comes to the annual Mid-Autumn festival. Every year on this day, every household should sing and dance. This year we are no exception.
This afternoon, we went to grandma's home three, then it was already evening, so we eat the family reunion dinner ready to top, and there are lucrative prizes. ,

We went to the roof of the house for the first time.
My father cut a moon cake to grandpa and grandma first, and then the moon rose slowly from the treetop, looking so noble and elegant. She is covered with silver yarn, with lightsome pace, step by step toward the sky, her soul, gorgeous and elegant, gold in her white, white like a woof mercury, gold like a pearl, the bright is dazzing, she will be soft moonlight sprinkled on the earth, the moon like water!
The world is enveloped in moonlight. A poetic feeling arises and softnepervades the atmosphere. At this time, a breeze of ten accompanies the silvery light of the moon and gives the world a peculiar appearance and the people a peculiar feeling. The air is suffused with a sweet scent, driving away the uglineand squal or of the daytime, soothing the distressed and wretched souls. If you sing a song, your voice will reach the clouds.
If you read a poem, it will echo in the mountains and valleys far away. If you hum a lullaby, its rhythm will send the whole sleeplecity to dreams.
The lunar August 15 is the annual Mid-Autumn festival. That night, even the moon princess, who was usually shy and often hid in the cloud
And they came out early and danced. You see, the princess of the moon looks very beautiful in the white dress she normally wears. Not only that, she brought a group of bodyguards -- many of them. Perhaps today is the birthday of the moon girl, as long as the light wind of the password, "the guards" and the moon girl dance to dance, how beautiful! Looked at the charming scenery, I can't help but remember childhood Mid-Autumn festival: childhood I often move out of the house of two small stools, a sit down, give me one for my mother. Sit in the yard and listen to mother talk about the moon. Eating moon cakes and playing games in themoonlight...

My sister and I put up the pieces and started playing chess. At first, my sister had the advantage, she made a few divisions in a row, and I was worse than one, but my sister lost...
