Career and family-which is more important?
We cannot deny the fact that rear children stituation is a big flaw in our society. Once the formal family is estbalished. In my perspective, whatever woman or man, they both have absolute responsibilities in maintaing suitable growing environment for adolesecents. More exactly, career is temporaily which means people can change thousands of times. It does not have any limits to restraint people. On the other hand, family is eternally the same. Each family does not have a chance to change completely, which means everything is revealing in an non-stop movie.
Adults usually have big ambition on self-improvement for getting higher salaries and better opportunities. It is not rare that workoholics are mushroomed in most of families. The obvious disadvantage is that parents barely have time to communicate to children especiallty in the time of the most sophisticated period of teenagers. Maybe parents should put more focus on the communication with children rather than merely offer their affluent life.
